International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the UAE.
Shipping charges: Flat rate of ₹3,000 per order (charged in INR at checkout)
Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable Indian GST (3%). International orders are zero-rated for Indian GST — the displayed price is your final checkout amount. Any local import duties or taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Currency: All prices and shipping charges are in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers will be billed in INR at checkout. Any currency conversion is handled by your bank or card provider and Artificcers is not responsible for conversion rates or fees.

We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong products, or items that don't match their description.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Note: Natural gemstones may vary slightly in colour and pattern — this is not a defect. Minor variations are a hallmark of authentic, handcrafted jewellery.

• Damaged/defective/incorrect items: return shipping fully covered by Artificcers
• Voluntary returns/exchanges: shipping costs borne by the customer
• Use a trackable courier; Artificcers is not responsible for items lost in transit
