Refunds

Refunds cover product cost only, excluding shipping charges.

We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted if you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, or if the item does not match its description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Natural gemstones may vary slightly in color and pattern and may have some imperfections — this is not a defect. Each stone is unique by nature, and minor variations are a hallmark of authentic, handcrafted jewelry.

Return Shipping If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, Artificcers will fully cover or reimburse the return shipping charges. For any voluntary exchanges or returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Artificcers is not responsible for items lost in return transit. 

Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Start a Return Contact us at afcr@artificcers.com or WhatsApp +91 7011206413 with your order ID before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges Return the item first; once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at afcr@artificcers.com.
