Artificcers is a Mumbai-based vintage and heirloom jewellery house. We carefully revive vintage pieces and craft heirloom jewellery, drawing on India's silversmithing heritage. Our work is for those who understand that true jewellery is not simply bought; it is acquired, cherished, and eventually passed on.

Our heirloom designs are handcrafted, and selected pieces are set with natural precious and semi-precious gemstones.

Our Craft

Every Artificcers piece begins with a reverence for the past.

Kusum: The Vintage Edit brings vintage pieces back to life. Each piece is revived using period-accurate methods and made wearable again without compromising its character or value. 

Sumitra: The Heirloom Legacy draws from vintage silhouettes and heirloom design traditions and handcraft legacy designs. We enhance them with natural precious and semi-precious gemstones, hand-selected for their colour, clarity, and character. We upcycle heirloom designs into fusion jewellery, pairing its regal character with contemporary design to create a striking contrast for boho-chic styling. Each piece is made in strictly limited runs, and many are entirely one of a kind.

This is not fast jewellery. It is slow, considered, and built to outlast trends.

Our Promise

Every Artificcers piece is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery. If a covered issue arises during this period, please contact us and we will assess the piece and arrange an appropriate repair. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or natural variations in gemstones, unless otherwise stated.

Because natural gemstones can be limited in availability, a replacement may not be the same stone as the original. Where a stone must be replaced, we will select a suitable natural gemstone, but we cannot guarantee an identical match in colour, pattern, or character.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 📦 Eligibility: Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items.
  • ✅ Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • 🪨 Natural Gemstone Variations: Natural gemstones may vary slightly in colour, pattern, clarity, and character, and may have natural imperfections. This is not a defect. Each stone is unique by nature, and these variations are a hallmark of authentic, handcrafted jewellery. If a replacement or exchange requires a different stone due to availability, we cannot guarantee an identical match to the original.
  • 🚚 Return Shipping: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Artificcers covers or reimburses return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges, return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not charge restocking fees.

  • 📧 To initiate a return: Email us at afcr@artificcers.com or WhatsApp +91 7011206413 with your order ID before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • 💰 Refunds: If approved, refunds cover the product cost only, excluding shipping, and are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • 🔄 Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Initiate a return first; once it is accepted and received, place a new order for the replacement piece. Exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer.
