🏭 Fulfilment Origin: All Artificcers orders are handcrafted and dispatched from Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400097, India. We ship pan-India via DTDC / Star Express.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping rates: We offer free shipping pan India.

Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched within 3–7 business days within India through logistics partners like DTDC and Star Express.

Customised orders will be dispatched within 2 weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will be notified via email or telephone if there is a significant delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

Custom duties and Taxes: Tax is covered for all domestic orders and no additional tax payment is required.

Managing Disputes related to delivery

Any dispute with respect to delivery must be raised within 72 hours of delivery through one of the following channels:

Post 72 hours, the parcel will be assumed to have been received in the correct condition and by the correct recipient, and no further dispute shall be entertained.
