Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping rates:

We offer free shipping pan India. 

Processing Time:

All domestic orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and dispacthed within 3–7 business days within India, 10–20 business days for international orders thorugh logistic partners like DTDC, Star Express, Fedex.

Customised order will be dispacthed in 2 weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will be notified via email or telephone if there is significant delay due to unforseen circumstances.

Custom duties and Taxes:

Tax is covered for all domestic orders and no additional tax payment required. 

International Shipping:

Shipping rates:

Shipping is chargable and rates vary depending on the shipping country. Generally charges are withing the range of 1000 to 3000 INR.

Custom duties and Taxes:

International orders, customers will be responsible to pay any customs duties and additional taxes applicable. All fees (e.g. import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerages, custom charges)  imposed is the responsibility of the customer.

Managing Disputes related to delivery

Any dispute with respect to delivery should be brought to our knowledge within 72 hours of delivery via whatsapp message on 7011206413. Post 72 hours, the parcel will be assumed to be received by the correct owner and no further dispute shall be entertained.
