At Artificcers, every piece is crafted with care and backed by our commitment to quality. We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewellery from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in 925 sterling silver fittings
  • Structural issues with clasps, settings, or links
  • Gemstone or pearl setting failures under normal wear

Free Repair Service

If your jewellery requires repair within the 6-month warranty period, we will repair and return it to you completely free of charge.

How to Avail the Repair Service

  1. Contact Us — Write to us via our Contact Us page with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Receive Instructions — Our team will review your request and send you detailed packaging and shipping instructions.
  3. Send via Courier — Carefully pack your jewellery and send it to us via courier at the address provided.
  4. We Repair & Return — Once received, we will repair your piece and ship it back to you promptly.

Please note: Shipping charges to send the item to us are borne by the customer. Return shipping after repair is covered by Artificcers within the warranty period.
