Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Natural gemstones may vary slightly in colour and pattern and may have minor imperfections; this is not a defect. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Artificcers covers or reimburses return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges, return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fees apply.
